Lambs (budget, where to obtain, supplies needed, care, acquisition, feeding, sheep breeds, parts, basic vet, care, and showmanship)

Rabbits (breeds, hygiene, care, rabbit selection, and showmanship)

Swine (health care, pen set-up, weight, evaluations, and showmanship)
