Baking (safe food handling, cupcakes, bread making, and fruit pies)

Beef (steer selection, breeders, site visits, feed prep, presentation, and jackpot show)

Gardening/Fairy Gardens (supplies, create plans, nursery visit, and construct gardens)

Goats (group introductions/expectations, select animals, check-in, weight, clip, and showmanship)

Plant Science/Horticulture/Floriculture (propagation, cactus/succulents, starting seed, ornamental containers, and bouquet building)

Public Speaking (presentation day, parts of a speech, presenting, visual aids, planning, and presentation delivery)

Sheep (group introductions/expectations, select animals, check-in, weight, clip, and showmanship)
