Exploring Habitats

Exploring Habitats is a field trip program designed for second graders that expose children to natural habitats and environmental awareness.

Farm Day

This is a free event for grade school children that takes place at the Marin Civic Center in San Rafael every spring, featuring Northern California ranchers, farmers, producers and educators.

How to Start a School Garden

Your school garden can be an outdoor classroom - a place to learn about healthy food, habitats and nutrition, a place where children enjoy and discover nature.

Dig It, Grow It, Eat It! Curriculum

The Dig It, Grow It, Eat It one day workshop on edible gardening and nutrition for third and fourth graders is not currently being run by Marin Master Gardeners.  All the workshop materials are available for use in your classrooms.
