Program Team Leaders

Program Team Leaders are responsible for coordinating and submitting annual plans of work and reports highlighting the most significant accomplishments for their Program Teams. The Program Area Chairs will use their Program Team annual reports to inform their Program Area annual reports. UC ANR's Program Planning and Evaluation unit provides support for planning and reporting, including providing the following templates: 

Program Team Annual Plan of Work - due November 1, 2025, then annually on August 1

Program Team Annual Report - due October 1, 2026 and annually on October 1

Instructions for using templates and submitting Plans and Reports

1. Download the Google doc template, save on your computer or drive, and complete as a Word doc
2. Navigate to the Program Area and Program Team Plans of Work and Annual Reports Google folder. Upload completed Plan of Work or Annual Report in your PT's folder within the appropriate Program Area parent folder in the Program Area either the Plan of Work or Annual Report subfolder. 

Program Area Chairs

Program Area Chairs are responsible for creating and submitting annual reports highlighting the most significant accomplishments for their respective program areas. This information will be used for organizational reporting, strategic communications, and advocacy, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the new programmatic structure. The relevant Program Team annual reports will be included in the appendix. UC ANR's Program Planning and Evaluation unit provides support for planning and reporting.

Program Area Annual Report - due November 1, 2026 and annually on November 1.  

Instructions for submitting Program Area Annual Reports

1. Review PT Annual Reports, located in the Annual Report folder within each PT folder within your Program Area folder, and summarize significant accomplishments (no template)
2. Navigate to the Program Area and Program Team Plans of Work and Annual Reports Google folder. Upload completed Annual Report in your Program Area folder in the Program Area Annual Report subfolder.
