This week representatives of the UC Master Gardeners of Orange County will be on hand partnering with the California Master Beekeeper Program (CAMBP), which is a continuous train-the-trainer effort to assist members serving as mentors for other beekeepers.
Their focus at this event will be education regarding honeybees. Instructional materials will include preserved Native Bees, aiding identification in one’s own garden and a model beehive to demonstrate life inside a living hive.
Free, open to the public, $5.00 entry fee into the gardens.
