Crunchy, Creamy, Sticky, Fruity!

Join the UC Master Food Preservers of Sonoma County for a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll create four (or more) delicious, giftable toppings, one from each texture category! Learn preservation techniques like water bath canning and dehydrating while crafting both preserved and fresh treats such as Chocolate Cherry Sauce, candied nuts, and other sweet delights.

Each participant will take home four ready-to-gift creations plus a recipe booklet filled with inspiration for more homemade food gifts. You’ll also enjoy decorative packaging/gifting ideas and samples of these tasty treats to inspire your holiday giving.
