About the Event
Join Jackson Demonstration State Forest Biologists to tour the best of Fall in the Forest! All are welcome, with no prior knowledge needed. Learn about the local mushroom, plant, and animal species that call the forest home. Please confirm your spot at JDSF@fire.ca.gov.
Note: To collect fungi, you must purchase a Mushroom Permit in advance. Obtain a permit application at www.fire.ca.gov or call (707) 964-5674 for details.
Please prepare for variable weather and uneven terrain.
