Colleague Recommended Learning Resources
UC ANR staff have created and shared a growing list of resources to support ongoing dialogue and lifelong learning about race, antiracism, and mutual understanding within the community.
Civil Rights Compliance Resources
The Office of Civil Rights has responsibility for handling grievances, employment (i.e., discrimination, harassment) and ADA issues for staff and academic employees. It is also responsible for providing various related training to the ANR staff. It maintains and provides analysis of ANR workforce demographics, and reviews and approves academic and staff recruitments, classifications and waivers of recruitment.
