Preserving Apples

It's apple season. Join the UC Master Food Preservers for tips on preserving all those apples. We'll be demonstrating dehydration, canning apple pie filling, and more. There will be samples for tasting.
One of our used dehydrators will be given away in a drawing.
The fee is $20 per person. Please note that there are no refunds.
There is very limited space for this demonstration—Only 30 students. You can use a credit card to secure your space.
