Online Delivery Program's 2026 Training
The University of California Master Food Preserver Statewide office is excited to offer a new volunteer program that is based entirely online. It allows adults residing in a county without an existing UC Master Food Preserver to become a certificated volunteer and provide educational outreach through a variety of web-based outlets.
This program opens up the possibility of anyone with an Internet connection in California (and beyond) to skip traffic and travel to learn about research-based food safety and preservation recommendations from the comfort of their home, office, back patio or car.
Are you interested in joining the UC Master Food Preserver Online Delivery Program (ODP)? Applications are accepted in the fall for a 6-month winter/spring training. Sign up on our training interest list (select Online Program in the pull-down list) to be notified of our next certification training course, or if the timing's right, learn about our next training program.
