Let's Make Kombucha! - San Diego County MFP Program
About the Event
This class will cover everything you need to know to brew kombucha at home, including secondary flavoring and carbonation. We will demonstrate the techniques for brewing kombucha and send you home with a complete ½ gallon starter kit and instructions for getting your first batch started.
Learning to make kombucha is a game changer for anyone who likes to drink this effervescent beverage since it is easy to do and costs little to brew your own batches at home. This class will be led by UC Master Food Preservers.
