Take a gluten-free road trip with the UC Master Food Preservers of San Mateo and San Francisco Counties! 

You’ll learn how to preserve and pack a full day’s worth of delicious, gluten-free meals and snacks to take with you to work, school, on a picnic, or anywhere you are going. Perfect for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, this workshop will show you how to create quick, easy, and travel-friendly food options that are ready when you are. 

What you’ll learn: gluten-free food preservation techniques; recipes for delicious gluten-free meals and snacks that travel well; and meal planning tips for convenience and safety on the go. Make eating on your next adventure safe, delicious and gluten-free!
