Growing California Wildflowers
About the Event
One of the easiest ways to add some California natives to your garden is by planting annual wildflowers. It will soon be time to plant seeds for spring and summer blooms. Master Gardeners will give a free talk on the benefits of growing a variety of native wildflowers and how to get started. A 45-minute talk will be followed by a 30-minute hands-on demonstration in the adjacent native plant garden. There will be plenty of time for questions. Attendees will be given a free packet of seeds to start their own garden of annual wildflowers.
