About the Event

Description: Invite birds, bees and butterflies into any size garden space by using container gardening techniques. In this talk, UC Master Gardener Cindy Burgdorf will share tips and tricks to help you be successful growing pollinator plants in containers for yards, patios, balconies and other outdoor spaces.

UC Master Gardener Presenter: Cindy has been a Master Gardener for 15 years. She has year-round vegetable gardens, gardens devoted to bees and butterflies, five bee hives, six chickens, a worm bin and six compost bins. Her yard is a Monarch Waystation (Monarch Watch), a certified Butterfly Garden (NABA), certified WildLife Habitat (NWF) and certified Bee Friendly Garden (Pollinator Partnership).
