The Kings County 4-H Leaders Council meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Kings UCCE Multi-Purpose Room to discuss 4-H business, plan events, and develop the program. All Kings County 4-H adult volunteers, senior youth members, and parents are encouraged to attend.

Orin Martin will teach a series of four seasonal workshops for small orchard care throughout the year, with a focus on apples and pears. Our intent is to engage a cohort of small-scale farmers who can attend all four sessions to learn as a community.

Council meets on the 4th Tuesday of the Month (August-November, January-June) at 6:30pm.

Please join us for the 2nd biennial North Coast Olive Field Day at Long Meadow Ranch in Napa, CA. Parking is available at 1796 St. Helena Hwy followed by a quick shuttle up to the winery for check-in, light breakfast and coffee.
