Lindcove Research and Extension Center

Oranges

Welcome

The Lindcove Research and Extension Center fosters research, education and outreach programs focused primarily on the citrus crop, but also has projects on avocado, olive and walnuts. We support research projects by University of California academics as well as local and regional partners that address critical needs in horticulture, pests and diseases and breeding new varieties. This site provides a calendar, an overview of current research programs, information for researchers on how to submit proposals, a description of the facilities and our educational programs.

We are currently conducting a fundraising campaign to enhance our facilities and programs in order to expand our outreach capabilities.  If you are considering donating - visit our Sweetening the Future of Citrus at Lindcove website.
