Leadership Oversight Committee (full description)
The Leadership Oversight Committee (LOC) provides leadership and guidance and coordinates the work of the Placer County 4-H Leadership Team. The LOC has the administrative authority and responsibility to approve annual and ad hoc program plans and budgets. Program plans and budgets are developed to meet the needs of all county youth engaged in all types of 4-H programs.

Finance Manager (full description)
The Finance Manager is an adult 4-H volunteer who provides leadership and coordinates all budgeting and accounting activities for the Placer County 4-H Leadership Team. The Finance Manager receives deposits, disburses expenses, and keeps a complete and accurate account of all monies and property of the 4-H Youth Development Program managed by the Placer County 4-H Leadership Team. They present an up-to-date financial report at each Leadership Oversight Committee meeting and post regular reports to the membership electronically throughout the year and annually at year-end. The Finance Manager must comply with all University of California (UC) and 4-H financial policies.

Event/Program Committee Chair (full description)
The 4-H Event/Program Committee Co-Chair is an adult 4-H volunteer and a youth volunteer who, in partnership, provides leadership and coordinates a specific event or activity for the Placer County 4-H Leadership Team. The Committee Co-Chairs appoint committee members, develop an event plan and budget, implement the plan and evaluate the event. Co-Chairs submit reports as required by the Leadership Oversight Committee. 

Event/Program Committee Member
The 4-H Event/Program Committee Member is an adult 4-H volunteer and a youth volunteer who works under the direction of the Committee Chair/Co-Chair to help plan and carry out a specific county 4-H event or activity. Committee Members share ideas, take on assigned tasks, and support the development and implementation of the event plan and budget. They assist with promotion, logistics, and event-day responsibilities, and provide feedback to help evaluate the event.
