Arts & Crafts (craft making around holiday themes)

Beef Cattle (breeds, parts of a steer/heifer, selection, housing, health, halter breaking and tying skills, grooming, fitting, processing, and showmanship)

Beginning Cooking (food groups, hygiene, measuring, food and knife safety, and baking basics)

Cooking (intermediate to advanced cooking)

Dairy Cattle (western showcase dairy judging, replacement heifer program, feeding and care, halter breaking, hoof trimming, fitting, and showmanship) 

Horses/Ponies

Floral (Creating various types of arrangements)

Market Goats (Showmanship)

Market Sheep (Showmanship)

Outdoor Adventures (Learn about wildlife, historical sites, snow exploration, eagle tour, and astronomy)

Primary Members-Cloverbuds (variety of holiday themed learning activities)

Rabbits (rabbit basics, breeds, parts, tools, handling, showing and weight basics)

Swine (selection, basics, breeds, ear notching, hog parts, nutrition, care, and training)

Woodworking (wood projects may include a wooden name sign, a Christmas decoration, a birdhouse, a spring decoration, and a flower planter)
