The UC Master Food Preserver Program mission is to keep Californians safe and healthy as they use culturally appropriate, research-based practices to safely preserve food in the home, reducing food waste, increasing food security, and providing engaging ways to explore healthy food. We offer hands-on workshops, community outreach, and trusted advice to help you preserve food safely and reduce waste.
