ANR is committed to providing opportunities for employees and volunteers to build knowledge and competency on issues to build communities of inclusion and belonging. 

Goals – Employees will be able to:

  • Learn, understand, and implement our UC ANR Principles of Community
  • Build self-awareness around issues of bias
  • Understand and gain skillsets to work with diverse California communities through building cultural engagement skills.
  • Gain an understanding of Civil Rights Compliance for required reporting processes
  • Develop knowledge and skills to incorporate strategies that provide equitable access and inclusive engagement.
