Update Your Staff Directory
It's very important that your staff directory is up-to-date, particularly with respect to the Director and Unit Information Security Lead roles.
Update Your Staff Directory (Directors)
Updating your staff directory for directors is always a good idea to ensure that mailing lists are kept up to date and only staff have access to critical UC ANR systems. Recently, UC ANR began developing a new cybersecurity program based on requirements from UCOP. One of the requirements is to identify key roles in the organization.
Security
We at ANR CSIT have been charged with developing an Information Security program which is driven by the implementation of the new UC wide BFB-IS-3 Policy.
Lookup Device Information
To help assist with ANR's asset inventory, this Lookup Device Information will provide instructions on looking up necessary device information such as Model number and Serial number. A device is considered to be a desktop or laptop computer, a tablet, or a mobile phone owned by the University of California.
