The 2026 Calendar and Gardening Guide with the theme “Meet Me in the Garden,” is a celebration of connection – between people and plants, nature and community, and gardeners of every level. The articles inspire ways to grow your love of gardening. Gardening practices encouraged within the calendar are those recommended by the UC Master Gardener Program.
NOTE: This calendar is suitable for climate zones from California's Central Valley to the foothills. For other climate zones modify the tips as needed to adapt to your area's growing conditions.

To Purchase:
The calendar can be purchased,

The calendar will cost $12 including sales tax, plus a shipping fee and a credit card fee. For 5 calendars there is a discount of $9 each. - By Check , to avoid credit card fees - Click here and print the order form, fill out the form and mail the form and check to the address indicated. - At a local vendor - Click here to see the vendor list. Pricing varies. We anticipate that all vendors will have calendars for sale by September 15th. Check first to be sure.
- Direct from a UC Master Gardener - We will be at various Farmers' Markets, 2nd Saturday at the Loomis Demo garden and other local events. The price will be $12. For 5 calendars there is a discount of $11 each.
